Sales Terms: Single unit and parts orders are prepaid only. Net 30 available on orders of 2 to 15 units with a valid credit card on file. Orders over 15 units are 50% down - Net 30 balance unless specified on invoice.
All Net 30 accounts are due and payable within 30 days of shipment date. A re-billing fee of $25 and a 1.5% interest fee will be charged on all outstanding balances over 30 days. All returns must be authorized. All authorized re-salable returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and credits on authorized returns if items are not in original condition and appropriate for resale.
Shipping: When orders are processed prior to 12 noon they are shipped the same business day and leave the factory at 3:30PM. We ship via DHL in the USA and UPS into Canada. We do not use US Postal Service. We apply a $10 handling fee per order. We fax or email our customers their DHL and/or UPS tracking numbers within 36 hours except for Friday shipments; they are sent the following Monday. We fax or email you the shipment DHL or UPS Tracking Number. You can get your order's delivery date at www.dhl-usa.com or www.ups.com.
Limited Warranty:Tanks-A-Lot® warrants to the original purchaser that Tanks-A-Lot® be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days (and the tank thereof for a period of (2) two years from date of purchase). Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, or at our option, the replacement of any part or parts that prove to be defective under normal use and service within 30 days or two(2) years in event of a defective tank from the date of purchase which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective. A Tanks-A-Lot® believed to be defective shall be shipped only upon authorization from the Spokane office, freight prepaid to the address specified on the Return Tag Number Form, with proof of purchase and return authorization. A Tanks-A-Lot® found to be defective will be repaired or replaced and returned to the buyer at Tanks-A-Lot®'s expense at Tanks-A-Lot®'s option. This warranty excludes any defects or damages caused by abuse or use, other than the purpose intended for this product, and within the product limitations clearly described in the Safeguards Label and the Instructions Sheet.
Returns: All materials must not be returned unless authorization has first been obtained from Spokane, WA office. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of deliveries of materials without this consent. All returns of salable goods are subject to a 25% restocking/handling charge. Authorized returns accepted within 30 days from date of authorization only. All return goods must be shipped prepaid by the customer to the address specified on the Return Tag Form. Goods shipped to any other address will not be accepted. Returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase and a Return Tag Number Form. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on authorized returns if those goods are not in their original salable condition as specified in the Limited Warranty.
